Open the windows "Temp Folder" by going to...

  • Start > Run > Temp
    or
  • C:\WINDOWS\Temp

It's safe to delete all temporary files in the Temp directory.

Close all applications that are running and then delete all possible files.

Some files may be currently in use causing an error when trying to delete. Skip these files and continue down the list.
